Industrial AI Copilot for Equipment Monitoring

A production-grade equipment monitoring platform that tracks four live sensor streams — temperature, pressure, vibration, and flow rate — and detects anomalies with sub-second latency. What makes this more than a detection demo is the full incident lifecycle that follows: an audio alert fires via Web Audio API, an automated work order is generated, and a technician notification email is dispatched via Resend — all without manual intervention. To validate the system before deployment, an anomaly injection simulator was built to stress-test edge cases and failure modes. The entire platform is deployed on Vercel with live SWR data fetching.
